  • Prices shown are per week per cottage not per preson.
  • Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday but short breaks, long weekends and 10 day stays may be possible by request see availability form.
  • Check in time is 16.00 hrs or after and departure time is 10.00hrs

What is included ?

  • Welcome hamper
  • Bed linen ( bottom sheet, pillows & pillowcases, duvets & duvet covers).
  • Towels are not included but can be hired at a cost of €3.50 per person.
  • Use of baby cot (bedding not included) and high chair, please order when booking.
  • Kitchen equipment, utensils, cutlery and crockery.
  • Use of iron and ironing board.
  • Services such as electricity and water.

Booking and deposits.

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee.
  • The balance of the rental fee is payable eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
  • A 50% refund of the balance payment will be made if your holiday is cancelled up to two weeks before the start date.
  • No refund will be made if the holiday is cancelled less than two weeks before the start date.
  • A damage security deposit of €100 is required at time of arrival and this will be refunded, less any damages or cleaning charge, within two weeks of the end of your holiday.
  • If your cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition no cleaning charge will be applied.
  • We are sorry but no pets are allowed.
  • Our cottages are non-smoking
  • We accept payment in UK pounds sterling or euros.
  • Payments can be made by international bank transfer or by credit card online via PayPal.
