Booking and deposits.

• Bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee.
• The balance of the rental fee is payable eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
• A 50% refund of the balance payment will be made if your holiday is cancelled up to two weeks before the start date.
• No refund will be made if the holiday is cancelled less than two weeks before the start date.
• A damage security deposit of €100 is required at time of arrival and this will be refunded, less any damages or cleaning charge, within two weeks of the end of your holiday.
• If your cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition no cleaning charge will be applied.
• No pets are allowed without prior consultation regarding supplementary terms and conditions.
• Our cottages are non-smoking
• We accept payment in UK pounds sterling or euros.
• Payments can be made by UK bank transfer, international bank transfer or by credit card online via PayPal.
